Don joined the Linx Team in 2009 and has been involved in the Asset Finance Industry since 1983 commencing with Esanda Finance in the 80s servicing Dealer Finance arrangements through to a State Manger Role with Volvo Truck Finance in the late 90s with Finance Broking Roles in between and since. With over 30 years experience in the industry Don is a Specialist in the Heavy Equipment Segments of Finance and is well known throughout the Transport and Earthmoving fraternity with both Vendors and Clients alike.

Don Leale and Leale Financial Services Pty Ltd operate independently and engage the aggregation services of Linx Finance Australia Pty Ltd in order to provide the most competitive finance facility available. They are neither employees nor agents of Linx Finance Australia Pty Ltd.
